Annual Assessments

Andover Glen's current 2025/2026 annual homeowners' assessment is $641.00.  This covers the cost of community trash pickup, maintaining and insuring community common areas (not including the tennis courts), social events and operating costs of the volunteer board.

An annual statement is mailed to each household and must be returned by July 30th.

The AGHA fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.
