Annual Assessments
Andover Glen's current 2026/2027 annual homeowners' assessment is $700.00. This covers the cost of community trash pickup, maintaining and insuring community common areas (not including the tennis courts), social events and operating costs of the volunteer board.
Annual dues statements are mailed out to each household on June 1 and payments must be received by June 30th.
The AGHA fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.
