All land must be landscaped with trees, bushes, rock gardens, grass, or other natural ground cover and properly maintained through watering, trimming, weeding, and appropriate maintenance.

All clotheslines, equipment, trash or garbage cans, service yards, wood piles or storage piles should be screened to conceal them from view, except for trash pick-up day and during renovation or construction.

HOAs may no longer regulate public right-of-ways. Parking is only regulated by the City of Aurora Code Enforcement.
