Board Meeting Minutes

The board members normally meet every month (except in December) on the 3rd Wednesday (except in September because of the annual meeting) at 07:00 PM, at: V-Esprit - 5240 South Shalom Park Circle - Aurora, CO 80015.    We also offer hybrid attendance through a video conference link in the email invitation.

All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings.

Minutes from past volunteer board  meetings are located below.  Recent minutes are uploaded after they have been approved by the board and updated by the secretary.

If minutes for a past month are not listed, a meeting was not conducted.
